I like 20 g powder to 125 ml acetone and coat in a 5 quart bucket with 5 pounds of bullets so I have room to swirl the bullets and coating. Every one has different equipment so there is a leaning curve to get it to work, I remelted a lot of...

I have been using a normal convection oven from a store for about 4 or 5 years, the only thing I done was add a layer of bricks to the bottom rack. I also use a digital K-type thermometer to keep track of the actual temperature in side of the...

I use the Trijicon RMR Dual-Illuminated Sight - 9.0 MOA Green Dot on my Q 5 and RRA 9 mm PCC, these have really worked great for me in the USPSA matches. I am also trying a Leupold Delta Point with a 7 moa with a red triangle on the Q 5 . These...

I use 3ea 5 gal buckets with rubber mulch to recover my lead, I get around 30 lbs of bullets out of each bucket by the time the lids are shot up and need to be replaced.

The way I deal with coating build up is to put 5 to 6 pounds of bullets in the container with a splash of Acetone then put the lid on and shake and swirl until it looks about right for the first coat. I do this 3 to 4 times to get the bucket clean...

I use multi-purpose buckets from paint stores which are 5 quart (4.7 liter) , this gives me a lot of room to shake and swirl 5 to 6 pounds of bullets at once.

I use the RCBS 505, (they are always on e-bay at a good price) and also a RCBS 10-10 but use the 505 most of the time. I don't trust the digital scales for light powder charges. Check weights are a good investment.

This how my cases look coming out of my Walther PPQ's. The 9 mm Walther barrels have a stepped chamber which makes a better gas seal and has a lot to do with the great accuracy of the PPQ and how clean these gun's run.

I have good results with 12 to 15 BHN bullets in 9 mm & .40 S&W and using Hi-Tek coating. I shot thousands of these last year in IDPA & USPSA matches with out any leading out of several different guns. Again fit is king .002" over bore diameter...

I set my Pro Melt in large cookie sheet, this catches most of the splatter. I use a scraper to remove the splatter from the green paint, so far I have not damaged any of the paint.

I seem to find new styles of Zn weights every time I get a bucket. I use side cutters if I am not sure of the marking or acid to make sure it is PB.

I have 1 Liter of Black Cherry Hi-Tek Supercoat Liquid and the 2-Extreme Catalyst both are new and unopened. I would trade for around 25 oz of any color of Metallic HI-TEK SUPERCOAT POWDER or non Metallic Powder.
