I miss my cats...but my aim is improving. ;-) My last few have been "feral conversions" but don't last long with the coyotes and dogs around here. They were all excellent mousers, wish I had one now with winter coming on. I have one that passes...

Can't imagine not living in Texas but I suspect I could get by in TN. I was born in Oak Ridge, or so I've been told. ;-) I think we're going to have another Amazon fulfillment center nearby and plenty of other growth going on as well. Texas isn't...

If you tell them you are reporting a missing gun to BATF, they tend to find them very quickly.

Feeler threads are not allowed on the forum. If you are trying to sell it and don't know the price then an auction style sale in the S&S would bring the best price possible. Take care, Robert

Part 1 & 2. A fun shoot, although a bit cold. We did have a truck drive off the side of the narrow bridge to the site, that took some team effort to get back on the road again! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MSkduzzpqiY ...

Get rid of the BB, and go to moose milk. If concerned about leaving it loaded for a long period, soak the patches in moose milk, then let dry. BB causes terrible fouling in most conditions, and is totally unworkable in cold weather shooting.

That's why a safety harness is needed. A cousin was hunting with my brother, forgot his harness. Put a rope around his waist. My brother found him hanging from the tree when he came back. Did't hit the ground, but the rope was still darned...

I was using Varget as well. It is made here and sold as AR2208, but Varget everywhere else (except NZ). The range is open next week, but when I was at the big gunshop in Brisbane recently, I plumb forgot to buy the Hornady bullets. I ended up...

I wonder if I log into Midway's website and put this coffee table book into the cart and then log out, if that will be enough of a hint for a Christmas present?

If this happened to me, and this new dealer was remorseful as you said, I'd take the full refund and not accept the holster. Then I'd remove the FB post if he requested that. I'd probably still go to this fella's shop, but would be leery about...

There have been some good common sense info posted so far. Before I'd proceed to load "Ruger" loads in a CVA or Henry, I'd contact the manufacturers or search their websites for MAX specs...but I doubt they will provide that online?

I haven't investigated the bottom of the Lee pot for a bottom mounted TC, but I would think it would be thin enough for mounting via a "through hole", with a nut on the inside. I wouldn't trust any JB weld or epoxy, unless it was rated for 1000...
