GWS - I'll have to wait on the pro chucker. I just bought an old RCBS 4X4. I know, I know. Shrapnel - I think I saw a space in there where you could maybe force another press into, lol. Paul

Edit: whoops, got here late to the party. So your boolits fit your throats. That's most of the battle. If unscrewing the seater body to raise the crimp shoulder out of the way is not getting the job done it sounds like that die needs to be...

Next time you switch lubes, make a basin out of aluminum foil and use it to line a 13x9 baking pan. Lay the 450 on its side in that (minus the plastic/foam handle cushion) and set the oven to about 180 degrees. See if the lube runs out. If its high...

Yeah, I'm no expert either. Started out with a Lyman D-7 that some druggies stole out of my storage area in the basement of an apartment I was renting. I wanted to kill them. All I could afford to replace it with at the time was the Lee Powder...

I'd like to try out a 7 station RCBS. Maybe they've worked out the problems plaguing their early progressives. In my experience though, you simply can not go wrong with a Dillon. I wouldn't try to operate an ammo business with one but for home use I...

I'm not really sure. More than a few, bordering on several. They're just so neat. Duo-measure, large and small drum Uniflows with mic screws, standard Uniflows (that's where it gets fuzzy), two Powder Masters, large and small bar Dillons. I just...

I normally use a 650 for handguns but when tweaking loads because you want to try a new powder or something and just need five of this or ten of that the progressives can be cumbersome. It's nice to have something set up for small batches. I bought...

Its wonky alright. The bearings aren't seated in this position, lol. Dave, thanks for dragging yours out! I thought I'd just add a magnet to counter the pull but like you said, it's not magnetic. Paul

Any idea why the dampener magnets would pull the beam toward the rear of the magnet mounts? The beam looks pretty straight. This misalignment interferes with the beam travel. Paul
