About those label makers.... My wife bought on for me at Christmas time and I made labels for my Dillon turret storage bases. I can tell at a glance which caliber is needed, BUT I noticed the other day that the labels are beginning to peel!...

Well, since my original, loaned out copy isn't coming back....I found one on Ebay and bought it. Upon re-reading it for the first time in years, I notice that Ed McGivern was one very verbose guy! Sentences that could explain something in ten words...

I have a box of Sisk .22's also, stashed away in my box of "interesting stuff". Just the address on the box itself speaks of a small producer, maybe out of his garage at the time!

That idea of wood "clamps" and a grit cut off wheel appeals to me. I've tried several tubing cutters, but they all gave me the same problem....wandering, because the cases are tapered. This resulted in some pretty weird cases that required major...

It's a crimper for paper shells...........and don't be deceived by "Ebay hype". Thousands of these things were made and thousands are still out there, hardly qualifying them as "rare", "vintage" and "valuable". On thing I've noticed about the old...

I'm also working with a .357AR (barrel from MadDogWeapons Systems)... 158-200g ".357 MAX Rimless"! Made from AR 15 brass, uses common (inexpensive) bolt, and lightly modified Pmags!

I'm working on .300BO loads with the 135g FTX bullet for deer/ pigs. A little lighter than the 150 but still heavier than the 125g. Hope to get more speed than I could expect from 150 loads to encourage expansion and not as Pricey as Nosler...

Felt wealthy one day, so I bought some 10 year old Cheddar Cheese, all I can say is YUM. This had the black wax covering it. It didn't seem like anything I would use so i tossed it in file 13....Next time I feel wealthy I am going buy some more...

I got down to the bottom of my primer storage box and found three boxes of those, small pistol. I knew the approximate time period, but were they still good? I loaded a few rounds of 9mm and they all went bang...... I used to consider such things...

I'm actually thinking on a rimless 256 win in an Axis but the 25-45 has an edge there too . Simple elegant solution . A Green Mountain 27" round blank in 1-10" , 25 cal is $111 . You could surely get everything out of the little 223 based case...

Used feed bags as targets, with a target printed on them would be great I think most of the wax around cheese is a Microcrystalline food grade low melt temp (130-150 F) I'll stop in a cheese plant some time and ask. It will work, but you...
