I bought a roll of nonstick aluminum foil as suggested when I started with PC. one piece of foil could be baked on numerous times. Never stuck a bullet to the foil. Now I use a nonstick baking mat

I have formed a few hundred 222 from 223. One pass through the full length size die, trim and load. the necks were checked for clearance. No problems and very few (almost none) lost cases. Just make sure you wipe excess lube from shoulder to avoid...

Not for an AR, but I shoot the 311410 in a bolt gun. It is a subsonic load with the deep hp using range lead. Getting good expansion in critters. I just haven't gotten around to supersonic loads yet for bolt or ar. My goto super load is a 125 Nosler...

Basically the confusion comes down to your use of "letters and spacers" Did you mean individual letters or "lines of type"? Individual letters are monotype or foundry type and are harder_more antimony than lino pigs or linotype. If you meant lines...

As long as they load it in varmint bullets, it shouldn't be a problem. I sift range scrap over 1/4" hardware cloth. There shouldn't be any part of that bullet big enough to get caught by the screen.

Well, I got the cracks epoxied. I haven't drilled and filled any holes through the cracked area yet. There just isn't a whole lot of room in this slim wristed stock. I will give it a serious look when I start to put it together and bed the stock...

I bought one strictly for bullet sizing and ppssibly depriming and primer pocket swaging. It may work fine for sizing straight wall pistol brass lighlly lubed , but all my bottleneck cases are for bolt guns, so I want precision on those. Lee...

If the wood was broken off, I would do that. Since the wood is still partially intact, I don't plan to break it apart. And I don't want to drill into the crack from the outside and make it more visible. The stock is a little rough and the repair...

Yes, the splits align correctly as they haven't broken off the stock completely. I can open one easily and will have to be careful not to break it off. the other will have to be opened/widened with a screwdriver. I plan to apply the epoxy deep into...

Does the bipod swivel/cant? If so, I'll take it. If it isn't the swivel model, I'll pass.

When I loaded for 4570, I sized only enough of the case to bring it back below bullet diameter. back off your sizing die. The 4570 case is tapered. You really don't need to fully size it unless shooting Roger #1 loads repeatedly.

I wouldn't worry about type of powder issues. Basically, what you heard has some truth, but is taken out of context. Just use load data from the bullet or powder manufacturer, start low and work up. Since your rifles are semi-auto, some...

I have not noticed any flex. I use the junior base and the bench base. Press seems as sturdy and strong just as if it was mounted to bench itself. I load for 338 Papua, 300 Norma, 300 Rum, 30-378 and a few others.

Just be aware that necked rimfire rounds do not have long term storage capability. They are not able to anneal the necks before loading. Over time, the necks will harden and crack upon firing. I had some Hornady 17 HMR ammo that was about 10 years...

I use the lee FCD to remove M die expansion on 300 BLK cases. I only expand to the start of the step to just get the gas check to seat. I never have expanded case necks beyond that point. Most will chamber as is because neck is only 0.001"-0.002"...

Do you weigh the same amount of shot to put in as you took out? The larger shot per weight takes a larger volume. If the crimp unfolds, the shot volume is too large for the components used in the shotshell. I would try to get the same volume of...
