This was brought up on the Shiloh forum and Lee got a couple of good mentions. They have a brass drum and special wiper that wont crush the grains. I was thinking of getting one. All I am using now is a brass muzzle loader one onto a scale and...

I have decided to go with Wano P. The other powders are faster but this is only for mid range. I have my 45-70 PP for long range. Nothing to write home about yet but 77 or 78 grains seem to be fairly consistant. I put the slug in the mould...

As long as you stick to black its not a problem. They are a very strong action anyway. I have one in 45-70 and another in 45-120 and an original 12 mm like yours I shoot as a 50-70.

No. I shoot at the Kilkivan range. I can not remember where I got the Swiss from. Three of us from here shot in the 2006 World Creedmoor match in Brisbane and we bought our Swiss before then. Some is in the plastic kilo bottle and some in the card...

One thing I find disturbing but may not matter is that the breech bolt unlocks on firing. Seems to be mainly those factory slug loads, they have a bit of grunt. It unlocks and stops with about half an inch of case showing. One has to pull the bolt...

I had some slight stock movement I wanted to get rid of. I bedded the tangs and front where it butts on to the receiver and put a through bolt in the stock that attaches to the tang screw. One of Mr Single Shots ideas. All is now tight. rebarrel...
