    I have PC'd some - at the speeds I'm doing doesn't seem to need the GC. I'm using WC680 powder (ball) which is slow of 300 whisper but doesn't seem to be too bad with cast.

    it's not the boolits fault it's a gun design issue. most of the newer pistols being made today do not have a throat cut into the barrel as a cost cutting measure. they are designed for shooting jacketed bullets and we either have to work around...

    I done this same thing in place of checkering on a couple of milsurp rifles I Bubba'd up. the argie I done for littlegirl years ago turned out real nice, since I outlined it and used a hollow ground punch it turned out similar to fish scales.
