I let go of a M19 4" P&R with minimal holster wear that had never fired a .357Mag Cartridge. And a M25-5 8 3/8" in wooden box. Sold both to finance My Kids getting into Cowboy Shooting. Made money on both, but regretted it ever since, 25yrs now.

Do they still make .22 Longs ? Other then CB's ? Used to gig them at night, Colorado River in the 1960's. Dad would clean them and fry 'em up. Mom wouldn't touch them. Good fun and good eating. Good Days.

you still up for color suggestions: OD green Black Cherry i bought one pound each from pbtp and they work just fine in dry tumble cool whip or vibratory tumbler methods, i'm sure im not the only one that would prefer ordering from one vendor.

The RCBS #45-270-SAA drops a bullet that when crimped in the groove is too long to fit in My Italian clones. Don't know about the N.O.E. bullet.

I'm confined these days to a local indoor range. Never seen another Caster there. only 1 or 2 Reloaders. Most are younger people that put a target at 7yds and spray and pray, 3-4 S-A's, 2-3 magazines then switch guns, almost all are 9mmLuger. I...

Back in The late 1970's, I think Guns & Ammo Mag did a test with only one case. And a light .38Spl target load of Bullseye. Don't remember the brand of brass. But they claimed 160-166 ? Loads. I loaded Fed brass for my .44Mag target loads...

On the flux, a quality acid based flux is necessary and clean, clean jackets. I've always kilned mine, but the torch method seems to work across the board for many others so you need not invest in one unless you need to do enough to get the money...

WOW ! You guys are bringing up some old Guns. I have a "Wards Western Field" in 20ga. To me it breaks down better then the M12/M1897. The "Western Field" is a model Savage 520/620, no "middle" hump. It rides in a Leg "O" Mutton case and was...

I bought a set of Lee dies for .32 Short & Wimpy to load .32S&W in my old LemonSqueezer. They are a mix of .32acp & .32S&W Long dies. They work very poorly. Sizing .321dia balls may not work too well. My Revolvers groove dia. is .313. I follow...
