Is this the same arsenic that is found in clip on wheel weights?

Thanks everybody, I called the local AG office and it looks like I can take it to my county Household Hazardous waste facility Monday morning.

I'm cleaning out one of the sheds today and came across a couple of things that is interesting. One is a bag of Acme Red River potatoe mix that is 9.5% ddt and 56.5% basic copper arsenate (greenish powder). The other is Acme Arsenate of Lead 98%. ...

pmer replied to a thread Cast diameter 45-70 in Cast Boolits
I've been having this sort of chambering trouble with a rifle too. My bore is .4595. .458 jacketed bullets will chamber but .461 cast boolits won't chamber. IF I size a boolit to fit this chamber it will be too small for the bore and the barrel...

I reused primers as well. Pulled down a hundred plus 308 Winchester and used the primers for hunting and practice. The deer was upset about how cheap I was...but tasty none the less.

Fernando Are you going to have the O3-A3 rebored? Just wondering because I have a Bubba'd Remington O3-A3 that I often pondered what to do with. It still shoots okay but the bore is pretty far gone. It has a Williams rear sight and the stock was...

I put a Burris Fast Fire 3 on a Marlin 45-70 for a hog hunt in upper Michigan. It worked great but the only trouble I had was that it was snowing. As snow accumulated on top of the site the holographic image would disappear from the glass. Had to...

I thought I'd try and cycle some rounds through the mag and into the chamber to look at the noses as well. They looked normal with only the slightest dent just down from the edge of the nose. I have to admit these boolits were pulled from a 45-70...

Wow, what a hunt for a trophy dear! I'd think that boolit snuck out somewhere unless it got as big as a pancake. I found out from shooting hollow points into snow banks (45 ACP) that powder coated boolits didn't expand as much as a noncoated...

Fernando, I have been enjoying the 338-06 since 1997. My rifle is built on a mauser and has a 24'' medium weight barrel, it has a Buehler style safety, Timney trigger and a Fajen stock. I only used 30-06 brass and 35 Whelen brass to form cases. A...

I like belt too sanders too. I thought all belt sanders where for wood and had no idea they could be used for sharpening knifes till seeing a work sharp at a Scheel's. Took one home and was amazed at the speed and quality I could attain. This...
