I like my digital for sorting things quickly but prefer the balance beam for accuracy. I have used the Pact, RCBS and Dillon they can all be finicky/sensitive, all need warm up time to help them make up their mind and sometimes none of them can...

I have ordered from them before and won't hesitate to order from them again. Good customer service. I could drive up there but it would cost me more in gas than the shipping also.

You will want either the side charging handle or a pistol length gas system if you plan on using subsonic ammo as they will make it more fun than pulling the charging handle an awful lot. 300 BO is a great fun choice especially for cast. No...

Lots of good suggestions. Surprised no one mentioned 300 Whisper subsonic, this could meet the O.P. Criteria plus it could be loaded differently for bigger pests. Edit: Could be loaded with Unique too.

Since I don't have a 40 I have to go with what R5R said about that. Other than that you have a good start. :) I would need more of other cals. in inventory.

Just starting to warm up a bit here, this is the first morning in a while I woke up to a temp was above 0 Farenheit. I had to add denatured alcohol to our window wash fluid to keep it from freezing up in the lines. So much for "good to -20"!

Great find! I need to learn to properly sharpen knives, I can improve their sharpness but nothing like my FIL or hunting partner. My hunting partner gets them so you actually shave with them, which is his final test to see if he is done with it!...

Left, left. I would go with the dominant eye. When shooting with both eyes open it will take over. I shoot both right and left handed with hand gun, but always with the dominant eye. I learned the hard way in a match to stick with the dominant eye.

There is a whole lot of good advice above! I have a Milwaukee 12V heated jacket, and it does work well. 3 heat settings plus off. The XC4.0 battery will last about 5 hrs. max on high. Problem is that it does nothing for my feet or hands, which...
