With a good lube and a good fit of bullet to throat you can max out the hornet without leading. I don't know about alox. I pushed the 38gn NOE copy of the Lyman 225107 to 3650 fps from a 221 fire ball using Lotak lube and there was no leading.

I had the exact same conversation with a tire shop owner in Ahoskie NC. She told me they can't sell their used WW because they recycle them, I offered to pay the same price the recycler offers, she then informed me that she meant reuse, not recycle.
