A M 14 carbine is one of my favorite just kick around guns period. It is just unreal how slick that little rifle is. I wouldn't give up on selling that brass just yet, anybody with a 25 or 32 can also use it, but he, any excuse for another rifle is...

It would not take a lot of shooting factory ammo in a lot of calibers to use up a house payment. lol Iirc the last time I looked the cheap 45/70 stuff was 55 bucks a box, just browsing around looking at prices one day, some of the weatherby ammo...

I will say that you are right usually, but I bought 2 lubrisizers from a member here that were not at all what I expected, I would have described them as parts machines myself.

That summit just does not trip my trigger like the old iron does. LikeI said if I was just starting out and had to have a press, I would likely go new, but that isn't the case I have read quite a few post where folks that jumped on the summits...

Iirc the Remington 45/70 boxes has it right on the box, safe to shoot in anything chambered for 45/70, at least some of them do. This would make them fairly anemic in modern guns, by my way of thinking. I know ww guns in Anchorage modifies marlins...

I bet it would suprise you to no end, how many people shoot a mule deer, thinking they are filling an elk tag every year.

Lubedude, I actually searched for hollywoods first, thinking a senior would be a nice addition to the bench. The asking prices have gone nuts. lol I do not need another press, so will bide my time and eventually pick up something that interest me...

They do not always follow the rules. We have a problem with folks feeding the wild mallards here in town, in the river. Many of these do not migrate south when the rest leave, and then come freeze up they have to be fed or die a slow death. It is...

It has probably been a year and a half to two years since I have browsed ebay. I like old iron presses and since I gave my only c press away a couple of years ago, thought I might look and see what was available. I like old iron heavy duty presses,...

It happened to me back in 1961 on a Mercury Monterray car while I was driving a (at the time) gal friend home. I pulled over and popped the hood to pull the horn wire. Wonder why she never went out with me again?Robert

I did not vote in the poll, there was no who cares option. I like levers, tube loading gate or rotary mag is all fine, as far as I am concerned. Henry sells a lot of rifles, I highly doubt there could be enough lever people on this board to get...

Perhaps the 41 - 340JG is what you may be looking for for easier feeding with a smaller mep plat. I have a new model controled feed (Mauser style extractor) Winchester Model 70 that was formerly a .300 Win. Mag. rifle, this rifle is actually a fun...
