That's lovely. Starline has gotten into several of the newer, trendy rifle calibers and several of the older handgun calibers as well. I'm still waiting for them to offer rifle cases for the 375 Winchester caliber. There's always hope.

I started handloading in 1970 and already owned a S&W Terrier that came to me new-in-the-box. Factory ammo did little to impress me so I opened the pages of the only handloading manual I owned at that time, a Speer #8. The loading data in that...

My favorite is the S&W Model 10 wearing a 6 inch barrel. In warmer weather the first 2 rounds are shot shell loads, otherwise all loads will be stout WC or SWC profiles.

I always viewed the Bodyguard as one of the two absolutely best "pocket pistols" ever made. The other option is the Centennial Both of these will fire and function and keep on firing without tying up inside a jacket pocket. There is no need to...

Somewhere about 2 years ago I had not less than three different people ask our shop about assembling an AR for them. Each one stated they had bought all of the parts to create (assemble, build, whatever) a finished AR but did not have the tools or...

I have been hoping to find a lighter 45 SWC revolver boolit mold for the Auto Rim applications. Accurate offers two that are similar but carry the same mold designation. Both of these catalog listings use the code 454424 and are available in 230...

"Rare" also means the make/model of this firearm was not well received by the buying public when they were first introduced for sale. The manufacturer realized this and ended their run of that model quickly. Were't popular then, and still aren't...

Thin Man replied to a thread My USPS story. in Our Town
I live in a "twin cities" area where we have 2 smallish post offices. The smaller of these has staff who generally know the regs plus one older lady who, I suspect, dislikes everything concerning the movement of firearms through their system. She...

I get to cheat the weather all winter long at an indoor range. Not really a brave decision, but it sure is comfortable being away from the outside weather.

"trigger" - just this word by itself, is often used to indicate the start of an action. To trigger a shot in basketball means to throw the shot, etc.

My reloading room is an enclosed area off the garage. No central HVAC there, just the ambient temperature which will be very close to the outside temps. With this intro, today I did NOTHING 'cause it's too stinkin' COLD to be out there. The...

I would test some other brands of brass and compare against the Starline. If the extractor marks all brands of brass, I would expect to replace the extractor. If only the Starline brass shows damage, I would bring the issue to Starline. If...

My man-cave has enough room to allow me to build a 16 foot long work bench with shelves both above and below the table surface. This was a pre-planned "build" when we designed and built our home. All casting materials (furnace, molds, lead ingots,...
