Speaking of hair color, what color do you put for GONE? If I've been in the sun pink is a better answer. My last barber said he charged more for hunting than cutting. Funny, I had more than he did, it had just moved South. My daughter now trims...

M-Tecs replied to a thread Annealing brass? in Single Shot Guns
In a centerfire cartridge firearm the bullet is seated long with almost no neck tension. The bullet pushes back into the case when it contacts the lead angle. I don't know if any lead bullet shooter do this, but, it is fairly common for BPCR...

We borrowed a NOE 850gr .514 bullet mold from rockrat and were able to test some new gas checks we made last night. The first try came out about .104 tall and .517 in diameter. Bought some NOE sizing bushings for their push through die set up. The...

The 30 BR is a great chambering, however, its top end pressures are over anything safe in a Contender. It would be a great choice in an Encore.

Apprehension is natural, but the rewards are truly wonderful. If your eyes are eligible, "get er done". At 73 it gave me vision I had never had. Glasses had only improved sight to 20/30 since age 5. Now I'm 20/15 without glasses. Bright...
