I got permission from speedyr to quote part of a comment of his, from post #75 of another thread, http://castboolits.gunloads.com/showthread.php?349765-OK-Who-Shoots-22-Hornet-Xmas-Giveaway So I could wake up this older Ruger #3 thread...so those...

I do load 9's, but not many - my main comment is for hand-priming, I really like the old Lee priming tools. Stay put in my right hand, pick up a primer w/left, set in tool, pick up brass with same hand, set in, sqush, take out, repeat, while...

Well - I would say - if it didn't take out both eyes, as it may have, then the only explanation >I< can come up with is the shockwave of that supersonic bullet scrambling the head tissue as it blasted past...

In general with 45acp, my goto is Titegroup for J-words and Bullseye for cast. With that said, I had a can of SR7625 sitting around for quite a while, I don't recall where I got it? I had no specific use for it, so it must have been a auction or...

Yes, Me too. While sorting 9mm by headstamp may be a pain, I find the result of the remaining loading process (in batches of like HS) to be much more uniform and satisfying to my tastes...and well worth the time it takes to sort 'em. Also,...

This story reminds me of another one. A gun that I never had my hands on, but in hindsight, it's loss was truly a sad event for me. Right after my Dad (God rest his soul) got home after WWII, he joined the local American Legion. He remained...

Oh, my list is a long list, as I am a bit of a horse trader in all my hobbies and/or necessities of life. Always looking to find a better thing. BUT, the one I regret the most, is a Ruger 77/22 in 22LR, I bought it new, and I used it in League...

A Ruger #3 sits in my Safe, ready for duty, whether it is varmint patrol or just target practice. She is topped with a vintage Weaver 10x Target scope. The Lee Bator is the boolit of preference for her, it's short fat design is just the thing for...

4 years ago, I did that. I used a grinder to make them thinner. I used a drill press to ream out the holes, the holes did end up extremely close to the inner edge, I've used them many times with Lyman 4 cav molds, no problem so far.

My excuse is that my memory got shot off in the wart - that's my story, and I'm stickin' to it! Went to my allergy clinic last week, and they pointed out that it had been 2 MONTHS since I got my last shots - I could have sworn it was only 2-3 weeks!...

My Buddy has a Marlin in 44-40, he loves that gun. I loaded some ammo for his gun. I used the Lee 429-200-RF boolits and my SL68B lube, pushed with Unique. But that boolit has small lube grooves that are probably not adequate for BP shooting?

did you ask to buy a cable box from them? instead of rent? When the previous cable provider in my town started offering Cable internet, they'd either rent you a cable modem or sell you one.
