Thanks for the reply. Are you going to sell the balance knives? I have an old 502 that freezes just before balance and takes about .3 grain to move it. I cleaned bearings and pivot points with swab and alcohol but no improvement.

We used the B&L scope to good effect for many years. With the straight scope you can watch wind flags and be on target soon as your shooter fires. The 20x reads mirage well and you can see hits on metal target at 1000yds. We used to buy good ones...

Some of the AC oil has some bad stuff in it. I would not want to breathe the vapors.

I cast my heavy BPCR bullets at 805* to 815* and use a laddle to pressure pour and wait about 15 seconds after sprue freeze to cut sprue. It may take a dozen boolits to get the wrinkles (hot enough) out on my brass and iron moulds. If you have a...

I use a FL sizer and FL resize and my best is a RCBS that sizes the neck to .472. I have a Redding neck size only and it sizes to.468. The more you have to expand, the more problems I have created. I have neck bushing dies from three different...

I now think that the tapered bullet made pan and dip lubing a must. My thoughts match yours as to a nose first lubricator maybe like the old Charlie Dell style but pressure would have to be backed off for each bullet or...... I tried some like...

Anyone found a way to lube a tapered bullet in a RCBS luber sizer while only making a moderate mess? I am lubeing 45-70 long bullets that taper from .450 to .459 on the shallow lube grooves. Do not need any sizing just fill the grooves.
