So Efin how do you like that RPR 308? I have one with a Shepherd 6-18X40 DRS and it's by far the best out of the box rifle I've ever owned. Even with factory fodder it shoots sub MOA all day long and 2" @300 yards the norm. Art

With that bullet any of common twists will work but what is going to be the most accurate. This is based on the 6mm BR but it covers the accuracy related considerations with the different twist rates. http://www.6mmbr.com/barrelFAQ.html

Per the OP its for BT swage dies. Jackets will be from 22 cases. Normally I recommend faster twists for jacketed bullets but for jackets from 22 cases over spinning seems to magnify any imbalances. With a bullet like a Nosler Ballistic Tip or...

If not shooting over 62 grains I would look at a 12 twist. http://www.gunsandammo.com/ammo/pair-barrel-twist-rates-ammo/ https://thefiringline.com/forums/showthread.php?t=530927

Your intended use will determine what components you need for "very accurate" build. Without knowing that its difficult to make recommendations. What is "very accurate" to you and what is your use?

During the 70's and early 80's when fur price were very high the hunting and trapping pressure put a serious dent in the population. Bounties in the 20's and 30's did the same.

But if you "believe the experts" coyotes don't even kill healthly deer. I used to believe that BS until actually observed coyotes killing healthy 3 to 5 year old whitetail bucks. Same for antelope.
