The Barnes Varmint Grenades would do the same as the 20 caliber vmax, very light jacket designed for explosive fragmentation and low ricochet probability. Most of the bullets with the "Varmint" moniker are designed this way to prevent unintended...

In the case of the Nikon BDC scopes there is software on their website and even a smart phone app that you can put your external ballistics information into including bullet weight and velocity and it will tell you where the circles line up with in...

I have all 3 standard lube groove Lee TC molds, 9mm (120gr), .401 (175gr) and .452 (230gr). They all function flawlessly in every single firearm I've ever tried them in. I've even used the 230gr in someones VERY ammo sensitive compact taurus 45, he...

I unerstand DougGuy, I actually built a 940 ghost gun, not for the ghost gun bit but because it has the 1911 grip angle with the glock upper and internals. I don't care for the grip angle on glocks, my middle son loves them and I have shot them but...

I currently have 2 cartridges I don't plan to cast for, 6.5 CM and 204 Ruger. I cast for lots of other cartridges, just don't feel the need to cast for those. More power to you and lots here can help you with that. Should do well as long as you...

I had my grandson shooting my new 204 Ruger Encore barrel the other weekend, told him he could shoot it first, he is 11, said it kicked less than his 10-22, well, it is 11.8lbs. My son in law is a shooter.

The RPR in 6.5 CM is an incredibly accurate rifle combination especially with good glass. My 6.5 CM (encore with custom barrel) wears the most expensive scope I've ever purchased, and it is worth every penny.

Last year for deer season I loaded some of these up in 22 Nosler for a deer hunt, I did not get one on our hunt but I have no doubt they will do the job.

I also use flaxseed oil like DougGuy but between seasonings, after cleaning I use cooking spray and heat it on the stovetop (gas) till it just starts to smoke and turn the heat off.

If I were you I'd get the mold and try it without gas checks, if it works well you are done however a boolit that heavy might need the check to prevent stripping in the rifling, might not. I've generally found better accuracy with higher velocity or...

Um, I don't think anyone else has mentioned but that boolit (lee 170gr) appears to be loaded WAY too deep in the case. The 170gr Lee has a crimp groove and a front driving band that should be outside of the case.
