My family has had/have a total of 4 pit bulls. They are not aggressive toward people. They are very friendly dogs. They have no problems with other dogs or cats either unless they are chasing one out of the yard. The problem with some pit...

If you don't have the liquid wax used to make BLL you probably will not be able to find any. It has been discontinued for sometime now. There is always 45-45-10 lube from White Label.

You're more than welcome to my share of the Remington 22 ammo to use in your magic guns!

Remington rimfire has had problems for as long as I have been shooting. I avoid it. I'd rather just keep the 22s in the safe than buy Remington 22 ammo.

I grew up near Saratoga Springs. Upstate NY is so pretty. I moved out of the state in 1987 and only went back to visit my parents. They moved out of the state a couple years ago so I have no reason to go back. I couldn't imagine living there...

Looks like a RC II with a set screw added by the owner to keep the bushing from moving when removing dies.

I read the OP and then looked up the rifle on the manufacturer's website. It looks awesome, but expensive. I look forward to your pictures and report.

How often do you change your air filter? Have you looked inside your ducts? If you have pets dust will always be an issue. We have two dogs and a cat and I am always dusting. I just painted and looked into my ducts. The ducts looked really...

As my wife and I both retired from the USAF we had to clear out excess stuff every 3-4 years in preparation for moves. This helped quite a bit. Our boys don't ever want to part with toys and we allow them to place them in storage rather than...

How many here ignore the no gun signs when shopping or eating out? I personally don't pay any attention.

The days of traditional brick and mortar stores is numbered. You can sell your guns online and buy anything you want the same way. Same goes for ammo and components. We just need local FFL holders that operate out of their homes to do the gun...

Here we are treating a gun like a unique object. Suppose your parents objected to getting your kids vaccinated. Would you do it anyway? You either need a gun or you do not. If you don't feel you need it, leave it home. If you are going into...

Obey as a child...honor as an adult. Relationships change between parents and children. Does legally carrying a gun dishonor your mother? That is up to your conscience. I'd say no and carry on.

I really like the plain 10/22 carbine. It was the first model I bought as a teenager. I like the size, weight and style. The only alterations I made are a little trigger work and the addition of a scope.

Actually a cubic foot is much larger than a gallon of milk. A cubic foot holds about 7.5 gallons of milk.

My LGS has all you want to buy, but it is not cheap. Dunham's Sports at the mall also has a selection. This is mostly Remington which I will not buy. Our Walmart gets some on occasion.

I have two workbenches I built that have no bounce off the tops. Both tops are 2 layers of 3/4" MDF that were screwed and glued together. The benches have 4x4 legs, 2x6 top rails with supports running every 2' beneath the top. Each has a shelf...

Reloading benches are fairly cheap to make so over engineering them doesn't raise the cost all that much. I have a bench with a top made from edge glued 2x6s. The front and back rails are 2x6s and the legs are 4x4s. They are joined using...
