    Be aware that a regular can of SR4759 is only 8 ounces, not the 1 pound cans you are used to buying most powders; and purchase accordingly!

    You can use that same load of Unique for your 115gr bullet (my favorite squirrel load). I've also used 10gr of Red Dot with success; plus, IMR4198 and SR4759 with 170gr cast (I don't own a 130gr mold) are my "go to" powders for short range deer...

    I've use a Lee cast 255FN bullet that works well in mine, and feeds better in the 1873 Uberti action better than the 45-270-SAA (cartridge length can be critical in that short action, as can the SWC design!). Great picture of your successful hunt -...

    All great suggestions! I purchased a Hornady Concentric tool a couple of years ago, similar to RCBS and Sinclair brands, that you can adjust "run-out" to almost zero. It's easy to set up, change cartridges, and produces excellent range results.
