I use automotive gas, preferably not a Ethanol-gas mix, also preferably Non-Oxy Gas for off-hyway vehicles, as that has less additives then normal automotive gas. While I think it is just as "SAFE", you should be aware that the additives will...

mvozz, welcome to the forum...and welcome to the madness of casting. First, I'd say, get a 0-1" micrometer, it is the best way to measure boolits...to check size, as well as, checking for Out-of-roundness. If the problem were the mold and you...

If you have tired old eyes that no longer focus, no iron sight is the answer. On the other hand, if your eyes retain their youth, any iron sight is reasonable. Don't blame the sight, they don't age. Peep sights certainly help, but it's a stop gap...

Bore Butter is something like this: ≈70% Crisco, ≈20% Olive oil, the remainder is Bees Wax You could make your own? or just use Crisco straight. either way, POI shouldn't change any noticeable amount.

Wet primers will dry only a little slower if left in the cases. Test fire a couple while drying to determine if ready. Saves two operations. I also discovered the fired primers more easily deprime then the live ones. It seems firing helps...
