I believe the '76 coins with Au content was just the proof sets, not the coins for circulation, and those proof set coins only contained 40% Au...just like the '65 through '69 half dollars. Last Sept at the gunshow, I sold my last 3 coin '76...

Most molds have separate handle mounting screws...with that said, the Saeco molds I have, use the sprue plate screw as a handle mounting screw, I'm not sure if that's the case with all Saeco molds? +1 toallmy...I wouldn't want to swap handles...

I got that news over 19 years ago and it is live changing. Three times since then and every time it's special. Now get busy and stock up supplies for your new shooter. This is the beginning of the rest of your life.

hmmm, I just seen this post. as far as calibers go, I like the 40...and I like the Lee mold you mention. My 6 cav mold drops a .402 boolit. I've shot it in several guns: Hi-Point, Ruger P-series, Taurus PT24/7, MR Baby Eagle. worked great in all...

it's funny this question came up today, well actually yesterday. I finished a large batch of 9mm ammo and today, I started going through my stuff to load some 38 spl. I had cast some Lee TL WC boolits a few months ago, knowing I'd get to them...

With the 8mmRM using cast boolits, a box of 20 brass will probably see you out and flatten just about anything you want flattened.

cast45LC, Welcome to the forum. "Is this necessary or unnecessary with the 235 or the 300 grain bullets w/ gas checks? (using Alox and hard stick both?)" IMHO, if the loads will be standard 'book' loads (and not Ruger only loads), it is...

I hesitated to comment, due to my negative opinion of the cast HP, but I guess I feel compelled enough to explain myself and my vote of "I don't use HP's". I haven't hunted for many years, so my shooting is primarily at the range. HP's are a...

If ya ever have to move it in a HURRY, you'll quickly change your mind about how much is too much. No matter whether it is in buckets, crates, boxes, or sacks, they're too darn heavy. One trip I had so much on the very back of the truck that I...
