Well Neo, How'd it go? I have never had any trouble getting LP primers in Bathurst, Australia, but I suppose small shops in remote areas mightn't be so accommodating. Where are you at?

Snowing here now as I type. Sounds like a slow starter of a year for you trapper. Have heard from most that this is suppose to be a bad winter. Round here hardly anyone coon hunting or trapping except the hard core ones. Maybe if fur counts get down...

I had a near new RCBS 405Gn Boolit mould and lent it, RCBS handles and my Lyman Cast Bullet Handbook to a 'friend' who then promptly denied any knowledge of it. Needless to say, no longer a friend. Kind offer Stephen, thanks, I'll keep it in mind.

Please move this if in the wrong section. This seems to come up with monotonous regularity and answers range far and wide. I have always just knocked the primer out in the loading operration and have never, ever had a problem over decades of...

Cool idea, I have two decaping dies, one busted and one new one. The LGS only had complete decapping dies in stock and I was in a hurry. Sending stuff in for warranty doesn't work in Australia, it's a case of catch and kill your own. I recently...

I just found one of these Lyman moulds in my mould locker tonight. I'm down to one 45/70 at the moment, a H&R Trapdoor which I usually shoot a Big Lube boolit over BP. This boolit should feed well in my Zastava M70 458Win Mag. I think I'd prefer a...

Well, Today dawned with bright sunshine and birds at the feeder. No appointments and no demands today. Even arthur is leaving me alone. I'll probably make it to the bench for a while. Life is good.

I consider it a civic duty to clean trash from the streets. The fact that I recycle them is irrelevant, especially the opposing party's rubbish. At least I wait till after the elections unlike the rowdies that kick over or take what I display..

I had one that sprayed, yes sprayed jacketed bullets all over a 24-36 sheet at 50 yards. Seriously, I'm not talking a 1-foot group, I mean anywhere on the sheet, anywhere on a 24" X 36" in sheet. Anywhere, I can not stress that enough. Loaded with...

I just picked up a large tin of 4740 with some old ammo. My mate said his father reloaded his 270 and 243 with it. Not the best choice for those calibres by the look of it, but his dear old departed Da was a bushie and needs must. Might make a...

My son bought a Savage 110 in 300 Win Mag. No matter how I loaded it the pain outweighed the pleasure. It went down the road with the dies, brass, and bullets. Gritting your teeth doesn't help the aim.

I bought my Kinetics tool on 1981. The sales rep happened to be in the shop when I bought it and showed me how to work it and pointed out common mistakes made with the tools. Mine broke earlier this year and I started to use the shelves with it. It...
