In my part of the country the ones that look like dozers have ran over them go for 650-900 and 'good' ones run 750-1200. The one in your pics would be close to 800-950. The movie 'Saving Private Ryan' did it. ^^^

Come on fellows. Owning something legally sold is a right. Just like the ownership of legal guns. It's the misuse that is bad on both counts. It angers me as much as you that the misuse has become so prevalent, but totally restricting all...

70 might be the new 40 or what ever, but the slide gets steeper as each BD looms on the not so distant horizon. Make sure you have spent the time to really get to know the loved ones. I became an elder much too soon and lost many of the things I...

while I prefer traditional lube groove style boolits, If I were to load some of those Lee TL boolits, I'd use 240gr SWC data...try the Starting load and work up, as with most any other cast boolit load.

The two different savage 340 rifles that I owned, both had issues with feeding ammo from the Magazine. I read plenty of posts in a few different forums that the 340 is notorious for magazine problems. Anyway, new replacement magazines solved my...

If you start with the (you name it) will harm you, and work backward from there, you can almost prove anything. Politicians are famous for it. BTW I had two dogs with all the trimmings for lunch. It's the greasy chili that will kill ya.

If there wasn't such a partisan force at work, I could possibly get on board with Anthropological Global Warming, but because of the politics behind the push to control people for the sake of an alleged climate crisis, makes me believe the claims...

Most commercial bullets that are advertised as hard cast are typically 92-6-2. Which is 6% antimony. Lyman #2 is 5% antimony. If you are wanting something like 20:1 for BPCR, I would think that even getting the percentage down to 2% antimony...

My first rifle purchased was a 552 BDL. I never found ammo that it preferred or despised. I just cleaned it and gifted it to my eldest granddaughter.

Never for short term gains but purchasing 5-10 oz on a regular basis as long as its falling is wise. Eventually it will be profitable regardless and a wind fall is always possible. It's a poor mans stock market and more fun then a piggy bank.

Remember to occasionally add water to check for float switch failure and restricted pipes. That's a surprise you don't need. It's easier to fix in the dry than under water.

This may be NORTH Carolina but we've had over 40 days above 90 F so far. Normally about 10-15 a year, and not linked together. Humidity has been 70% + most of the time. Wiping sweat and fanning with my hat, has become a regular pastime. Thank...

Simple facts some folks wont accept. Trump won, and the evolution of climate began when God created the earth. God rested and so should the naysayers.

Just a guess here, but two things that pop into my mind. 1. Typically a cast boolit with a copper GC is lubed...I suspect the lube may inhibit copper fouling. 2. Typically a cast boolit with a copper GC will obturate to seal the bore, whereas...
