    You gave me an idea now what to do with the zinc i have , you would not have to worry about doing much to the shot then take it apart and take the rough edges off and go at it.

    I get my tin from them like is stated and make life easy .I also get there hard ball also.I get my soft lead from the salvage yard.I just add what I get from Roto to the mix.As for the reclaim alloy from Roto. Dose anyone know what the BHN is on it?

    you are welcome 1989toddm if to stop the pelt to rot in the hard to dry areas you use borax. You can get it in the store where you get your closes wash and dish wash powders.there is 20 mule borax or anything other brand will do.
