Looks a lot like the packaging of POF factory ball. When available it was $7-9 a box at the LGS. Berdan, corrosive with hangfires as mentioned earlier. Still shot well, just follow thru!

Any lead is getting harder to come by. But, the last acquisition was about 150 lbs of lino, from a guy who's dad had a print shop. He brought it to my boss, along with other things from the clean up. My boss told me if you want it it's yours. ...

30calflash replied to a thread target size in Military Rifles
Square targets work very well, the flat bottom is a better reference for your front sight. Medium and dark colors work well if you're spotting thru a scope, sometimes hard to see holes in black under less than ideal light conditions.

Mauser clips are made for specific rounds, in general. Using a clip for 7mm may not work well in 8mm, that kind of thing. Or they could work well. I tried some 7mm Chilean clips in a couple different clip fed boltguns to no avail.

Nice test LBS, not a lot out there for 2" results. My EDC is a S&W 442, Win /Rem/Fed 158 gr SWCHP +P's, I run a cylinder full thru it sparingly, std 38 spec for practice. Less wear and tear, more enjoyable and with similar weight bullets the POI...

I've never seen that or the 90302 next to it, must be from a while ago. I was planning to get either the 93 grain or 100 grain version that's currently available, any thoughts on these by chance? I've the Lee 90 swc, the soup can and a Lyman w/c...

The warm weather has hit us in Ct. no nghts below 40 for 3 days, then it drops below freezing again. How much or how many nights of warm weather before the flow changes? Can it start again after 3 nights of warm (above 32*) temps?

Hey thanks for that! Several things you covered that I didn't think about. I'm going to pass at this stage as we've had warm days and nights off and on. That plus I've not done it before, need to prepare now for next season.
