    That's easy ... the only machine tool you need to own or have access to is a lathe . You need it to bore the reciever ring and do the barrels shank . Everything else is hand tool eligible .

    I've had a 788 in 6mm since I was 12 , there is no arguing with how well they shoot . Groups do open up with the pencil barrel if you let it get hot , but mine will shoot sub moa with varget .
