In my opinion they are about the same. For my swaged lead bullets both 1/2 and ones with a check I use my homemade dip lube and see no difference.

A ceiling fan in an out of the way position will make use of some of that wasted heat, but it will also spread the dust more evenly.

Depending on thickness, most any course slower cutting saw will do. Be sure to use a drop cloth to contain and collect the chips.

Don't forget the old adage, If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. I bought the cheap Walmart LEDs and they were done in less than a month. They were originally bright and refreshing but quickly started flickering and failed. I had...

That is pretty neat. 357magnum or 38 special with large primer pockets would be real neat to come across. I have a few 38s, dont got no 357s in my collection yet.

Yes, I still believe in common sense reloading. I don't load my 400 Corbon anywhere close to its full potential either for the same reason. Shooting the 400 Corbon with 155gr SWC with light loads in a full size 1911 literally pops the brass down...

and the 9x23 brass has a very thick web at the base which helps since my older 38 Super barrel has the older feed ramp and link pin design which leaves a good piece of the cartridge base unsupported unlike the modern ramped barrels.

go find some 38 Super Comp brass from Starline for you to reload. Its doesn't have the semi-rim that the 38 Super has but it has the same rim diameter as the 9x19. I did the same conversion you did but stuck with the 38 Super Comp/9x23mm cases. I...
