Especially considering just how many tens of millions of .40sw pistols are out there, and the fact that I have a five gallon bucket of .40 brass and a couple molds. :) The venerable .38 Special died a similar death a couple decades ago, as far as...

I’m glad to see that there are others here who still appreciate the .40sw. I roll my eyes a little whenever I hear someone say it’s either “too snappy” or “short and wimpy”. So which is it, underpowered or overpowered? Someone told me recently that...

So far my kids and I have shot a few hundred rounds each of Thunderbolt and Federal "Black Pack", with zero misfires in the Ruger 10/22. There were maybe two or three jams, but I attributed that to the cheap Butler Creek magazines.

I just fired a couple magazines full of identical ammo a couple days ago; ECS43 steel case in about the same condition. It all shot fine, as good as new.

Anyone know much about these? I saw one for sale, 32-20 caliber, and was mildly interested. I've never been into older revolvers like this, but interests change over the years and it caught my eye. I don't have a 32-20 but my FIL does (an old Savage...
