    358429 6gr. unique in .38 spl. cases. I loaded a lot of that load for police officers. also dropped a deer with it. it will work just fine as a defense round.

    when I was welding. when a storm came through all the weldors would lay down the leads and walk away. last place I worked a bad storm and all of us maintenance guys would spend a day or two replacing wires motors panel boxes and more.

    we got hit july 4 took out phone lines and modem. we are switching to a satellite service they are coming tomorrow to hook us up. centerylink has a repair order for the end of the month. .

    I have never slugged the bore in my 94 rifle. but I fallowed the book and sized to .379. it did not shoot real good. then I tried some unsized .381. that tightened up the groups. I have a 94 carbine with button mag also.

    I won a match with a 94 rifle with cases formed as in post number 2. I loaded with 35 gr. 2f through a 24 inch drop tube. the bullet was the lyman 165 gr. listed for the 8 m/m lubed with spg.

    anything away from the .38-55 case will require work on the extractor also. I would reline back to .38-55. I got lucky mine was a washed out .32-40 with a number 3 barrel so it is a .38-55 now.
