who would be my best bet to make a 5+ cav 40gr .224 mould.

i would use it for 5.7x28 so i would need advise on what design features the boolit would need.

Look at the NEI #1. It is charted as a 36gn GC but I am sure it will be closer to 40gn in anything like WW alloy. All of Walts designs are heavier than listed unless maybe if you are using straight linotype. I have the #2 that is charted at 45gn but with a 6/1 alloy of 6ww/1monotype with lube and gas check they are 48gn.
My mold for the #2 is a 6 cavity and is a masterpiece but is was made by Walt.

I would say BRP. If Bruce will cut it, I would think that he could do it in a 6 cavity as he offers his current 22 cal in a 6 cavity. Of course you'll either have to pay the fee for the cherry, or get 10 people to order a mold so the cherry fee is waived. I'd buy one if it was a copy of the 225107 Lyman.

I will be watching to see what design you may come up with.
