Had one of these for about 6 months now and really started using it with the introduction of casting for my 1911 which I shoot a lot.

I use carnauba red wax which I know is really hard compared to others.

I use a little space heater to warm up the lubesizer but it still a pain in the ass to crank the handle.. I ended up removing the little stick twist thing that it comes with and welded a nut on the top and now use a ratchet with a socket... much easier but still... I'm curious if it requires that much pressure???

It lubes fine, but its very odd to me.

When i started casting i used a automotive trouble light to warm up the sizer
warmed it up so much it was all most too hot to touch

you are using almost the hardest lube made

i found after i was done for the day to back off screw 2 turns for
the next time and wait for sized to get hot before i trying to lube any thing

If I heat it that hot the lube becomes sticky and it sticks to everything but the bullet... even when it cools.
