Hi,
First off, I forgot my stinking camera  or I would post a pic.
Saturday morning I was sitting at a feeder with my SW 500-8 3/8" bll- w Burris 2x scope shooting a Ballisti-cast .500- 495gr WFNGC cast from straight WW (BHN 14),velocity 1200 fps this is a light load (23.0 gr-Blue Dot) that shoots 1" at 50 yards, this load cloverleafs.
The pig came rushing into the feeder 10 minutes after it went off,the pig started picking corn off the ground ,not even looking around for trouble. I was in a tree 20 yards from the pig about 8 feet up .When there was enough sunlight to shoot I took a Texas heart shot, the pig dropped in its tracks, the bullet intered 1" to the right of the butthole and went thru the stomach and lungs clipped the heart.I did not see an exit wound and could not find the bullet .
I am slow cooking the ham today for supper.
