Lets just suppose I shoot .432 thru my Marlin and Redhawk

I haven't slugged either barrel. But, suppose the Redhawk slugs at .430 and the Marlin .431.

If I cast-n-sized my bullets at .432 for both guns, would there be any danger by shooting the 2/1000ths-over bullets in the smaller bore of the handgun? If so, how much over-sized is the limit?

Would be no issue at all BUT if your throats on your redhawk are .430 then it would be a no go. Your better off measuring both barrels and the throats on the redhawk.

It would be perfect. I use .432" and have gone to .434" but seen no benefit from the larger boolit.
As long as the round chambers, good to go. My SBH has a .430" bore and .4324" throats, .432" has been the most accurate even though the gun will shoot a .430" boolit great too.
Now the big Lyman boolit in my .45 expands with time to age and if I don't size them again, I have to force them into the chambers. Throats have been reamed to .453", .452" bore. Most accurate boolit I have.

it is exactly what i do....and at one point the throat on my super red hawk was only 429!

i cast at .432 and size to about .4314....the throats are 4316

Exactly what I do.

All my .44 Mag revolvers shoot just fine with .431-.432 as does my .444 Marlin rifles. When you pull the trigger the cast bullet will size no problem.

Now if you were using jacketed bullets 2 or 3 thou over size will greatly increase pressure but not with cast.
