I have just cast up a batch of RCBS 158 gr. GC bullets with 2/3 WW and 1/3 lino. I will be shooting in a 16" Win. 94, 357 cal. I have WC820 (AA9 clone). I thought I would start at 12.5 gr. and work up to as close to 15 gr. as I can get. My goal is to make 1700 fps. I'm not sure this powder is slow enough to reach this goal. H110 or similar would probably get close to 2000 fps. I can get an easy 1600 fps. with a 185 gr. Mt. Moulds bullet. It has most of it's weight outside the case, LBT style.

Looking for comments and feedback.

Just ran some WC820 over the chrono last week. ALL of these boolits were shot with 13.0 of WC820.
204 grain lyman 1400
180 LeeGB 1500
RCBS 150 PB 150 grain 1500
358156 1488-1500 average
RCBS 180 Sil 1450
358311 1500

These were all averages out of a 10" barreled TC. I had the Marlin 357 carbine along but didn't bother to shoot any with it. I would think this would be very doable in your gun. Chrono was about 15-20 feet from the bench.
BTW, 13.0 of 2400, with the same bullets as above, tack on an average of 100fps.
