My last post sure brought help from members with my sized R.E.A.L. bullets and 45-45-10. From the suggestions, I changed my alloy to be softer using 9.5 lbs WW and .5 lbs Linotype and this cast alloy worked fine. The castings looked good, then I tumbled with 45-45-10, next sized to .501" with no problems and tumbled again with 45-45-10. The press lever felt normal again when sizing and the bullets came out great. Thank you for the help.

I use the 45-45-10 and it works great.

Good to see it works for you now. At least as far as sizing goes.

Now let's see how they shoot. :Fire:
