Does anyone know of a company offering a part that fits on the slide of a buckmark that makes it easier to pull the slide to the rear? My normal source have come up dry. I'm looking for something that can be screwed on if I tap some holes on the slide. I guess I would consider a clamp on device if designed well. Any ideas?

First thing I would do is call Browning. They will probably tell you it would weaken the slide or slow it down enough to cause malfunctions, but they might actually have the answer you want. If they can't help, take it to a good machinist and have him make something out of aluminum and mount it. It's done on 1911 race guns all the time.

Thanks but brownells is a normal source. So is Midway, Natchez, Numerich, Clark custom, browning, cylinder&slide and any other pistolsmith I can think of.
