Old mould

I found a .451 ball mould in a pile of odds and ends. It has J. S. Barrow stamped on it. Does anyone know any history?

..............Could the last name have actually been Barlow rather then Barrow?

There was a Judson Darrow who (I think) was a gunsmith for the NMLRA shooters back in the 1930's.
