I'm looking for individuals that have had experience with this boolit:

as I picked this mold up from a forum member here and I am looking at shooting it from a revolver and a lever action. Accuracy, best loads, good loads, hunting experience whatever you have I would like to hear how it did for you.

Nice looking boolit. It is close to one I made but I just have one crimp groove. It is the only boolit I have that shoots from a friends .454.
I have not worked with it much in my .45 yet but am thinking 21.5 to 22 gr of 296. (Ruger) I use a Fed 150 primer.
Mine comes out 296 gr.

I've been shooting it in a Winchester 94 Trapper carbine.

My mold drops them right around .455 and just shy of 300 grains.

The carbine has a fat chamber and bigger shoots better when it comes to PB bullets. I beagled the mold to get .456+ then lube them in a .457 die.

I settled on a load of 21.0 gr H110/CCI 350 (LPM). I'm using Starline brass, lightly sized (moderate to low neck tension, plus a crimp). It gives me 1350 fps in the 16 inch barrel.

I oven heat treated a batch to see if I could get tighter neck tension without sizing down the bullet but I haven't gotten around to loading or shooting those yet.

My favorite 45 colt lever gun bullet. I use it with 10 gr of aa5 in my marlin 1894. Shoots very well. This is the same load I use in this rifle when I have to trail a deer. Have not shot a deer with it but have no doubt it would work well.
Have never tried other loads as this works so well.

Yes........it appears I am. The Keith bullet shot very well in the revolver, however it does give me problems once in a while in the lever action (feeding issues) and I seen this design and liked it's profile and double crimp groove. I just may have a nice BRP 454-283-Keith/SWC up for sale soon if this one pans out.
