Past efforts at this have been dismal. I took the small amount of shoe wax and added a very small amount of beeswax. About twice as much anhydrous lanolin,dab of neetsfoot oil and dab of liquid lanolin. Heated and stirred and it seems to work. Put spit shine on my boots and then thin coating of self shining floor wax. Dont look very long or you will drown in the deep shine.
