In the below pasted link, you will see where one of our members went to an anti-gun business. From the emails sent to and received from this business they are clearly anti-gun.

I think that it is time for us to start standing up for what is right.
If we can affect the pocket book of these businesses then we can make a difference.

If we could let these people know how large our forum membership is and let them know that they have just been listed on our forum/s as anti-gun. And that our members by majority will avoid doing business with them then maybe we can force them to change their rules/views.

Many of us are members of several gun and hunting forums. If we could get other forums that we are members of to make a joint effort in doing the above, especially stating number of members then they will at least start thinking if not change their rules all together.

We can also let these businesses know that we will be telling all of our non-forum buddies about their anti-gun stance and persuading them to not do business with them either.

Start with McDonalds and Wendy's. Both big money ( your money ) givers at corp. level to anti gun groupa and full of hunters and gun owners all day giving them their money to use against them.

CVS Pharmacy had an article on its website last year (which was quickly taken down) that had a Dr.'s opinion that, "No one should own guns." I have since shopped there once, when my 2 week old have a massive fever and I need medicine after all other pharmacies were closed.

Yes, My main reason for starting that thread!

I don't have to go out to eat, and when I do I will take my gun with me!

Same with any other establishment! Even GUNSHOWS! I will, and have bought from others, either gunshops or on-line!

That is a tall order you're asking for, but I do agree there needs to be somthing like this. Maybe like our own lil pro-gun search engine.
For it to be effective there would have to be multiple requirements.

1. A searchable index.
2. Definition of anti gun establishment. Is this an individual, regional or corporate stance; will have to be answered.
3. Confirmation. I strongly feel like all good things, there will be those that take advantage and would abuse an honor system.
4. Notification. I think if we are going to boycott certain businesses we should notify them of it. Maybe direct them to our "list" and show a count of membership.

But that's just my opinion.

I already boycott both of them because their "food" is so terrible. Now I have another reason.

I agree completely. Let's all start with E-Bay and PayPal, as E-Bay is unabashedly anti-gun, and they own PayPal (and Half.com). I cancelled my account with E-Bay years ago for this very reason. Now that they compel you to patronize PP whenever you 'win' an auction on E-Bay, that's a double reason not to patronize them!

Rocky Mountain Gun Owners RMGO.org has a good web site. CCW reciprocity and local boycotts of business. I kept an updated copy of reciprocity states in my truck along with the first ten ammendments should any need be sited.
