I have a 25/303 I want to start casting for and CBE sell two boolits,a 100grn and 125grn and RCBS sell a 120grn but my rifle has a left hand twist 1-12 barrel and I don't know if it's quick enough for the two heavier weights.Does anyone shoot these boolits so I can get some feedback. Thanks Pat

For what it's worth CBE's 25790 shoots VERY well in my .257 roberts 10" twist and may do even better in your 12" twist.

just speed it up some.
if you have a 12 twist target a slightly higher velocity.
slow twists are a blessing with cast, not a problem.
i'd begin at about 1900 fps and go from there, you should be able to hold good accuracy to about 2100 fps.

My Roberts and a 1-10 twist stabilizes a RCBS 25-120-SP just fine./beagle
