OK. I probably shouldn't post this to two places, so I'll only mention that I started a new thread in the Casting Equipment section about an inexpesnive digital thermometer I found. It's a nice unit and seems to work very well for what we do here. Since I suspect most folks read this forum more often than they do the Equipment section, I just thought I'd drop a note here to direct people to the other thread. If I've made a major faux pas, please pardon me, but I thought there would be general interest in the digital unit.
