I was reading an article by John Taffin in the Sept/Oct. 2006 issue of American Handgunner. The article was about cast hollowpoints. Namely Lyman 358429HP, 429421HP and 454424HP, the Keith designs in hollowpoint form. He mentioned that his bullets came from Glen Fryxell. The part that got my ears to perk up was the following by Taffin and I qoute "... Glen is now working on a Cast Bullet Manual that will surely be the most comprehensive ever offered. I was privileged to write the introduction for this forthcoming new book and to read the first draft. It will be worth waiting for."

Sounds very good to me.[smilie=w:...Ray

and being a fan of Glen Fryxell's writing, I emailed him and asked about the book. Here is his reply.

"I am working on a cast bullet book with Rob Applegate. It is not finished yet, but should be sometime this winter. We do not yet have a publisher, but hope to find one soon. I hope that the book will be available a year from this winter."

So, this book will definitely go on my wish list for next Christmas.
