I'd never seen them before I spotted them on GunJoker (http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=186512480).

I'm not shooting the PMC but the Heavy Metal Free [HMF] which are the same thing from what research I've done. I purchased 40,000 of them. I'm still working on the first sleeve but so far no complaints other than one guy with a highly tuned sixgun which wouldn't always set them off [light firing pin strike]. Hope this helps...............Creeker

I shot a few when primers were unavaible , no better or worse than other brands

But why buy them
When you can buy CCI 400's from Grafs (http://www.grafs.com/retail/catalog/product/productId/2421) for $109.99 ?

I do not know if this is true with the PMC primers that you saw

At one time PMC was importing the Russian primers.

I don't know if they're Russian or not, but they are Heavy Metal Free. I'm not buying any primers just now; the HAZMAT and shipping charges to Korea would doubtless be astronomical! Besides, they'd just sit here until I got back to the States... in 2012. :(

The HMF primers are made in the same plant as the PMC on the same machinery or at least my research says. Russian all the way............Creeker

I have used about 5000, PMC = Tula = Wolf in Russia. PMC sold the name to the Korean Corp. or stopped using it or somthing like that. They are from older stock so if you have them my guess is they are about 5 years old by now. They work fine and I have been generally happy with them. I hear tey dont have the shelf life but we'll have to wait 25 years to see if that the deal.
