I need a barrel band

I now have the action, sights, barrel, buttplate and stock for my last Krag sporter, that is line behind the duck and fish to build. The barrel will be a new Remington 2 groove 03A3.

The only part I lack is the barrel band. I want to use an internal barrel band which doubles as a front sling swivel. I don't want an the issue type, but the one that goes inside the stock forend. These used to be common as dirt, but Brownells doesn't seem to offer one.

Anybody know where I can get such a part?

Maybe you could modify the inside barrel band that is on the #1MKIII 303 enfield.
Don't know the inside diameter of the enfield band and it has a screw on the underside. Just a thought. Frank

I think, not sure, but I think NECG offers barrel bands. If you are looking for a specific miltary type band I'm afraid Ebay is your best bet.
