Surplus 5.45x39 prices going up any time soon, ya think?

I'm tempted to buy some bulk 5.45x39 -- even though I don't have a rifle to shoot it. ~10cent/pop sounds great for rifle ammo. What's the likelyhood of the price rising though?

Good for you, I'm tempted to buy some Starline .45 Auto brass, even though I don't have anything to shoot it in (I know, it's heresy). Keep up the good work!

What are prices like on 7.62 x 39? I don't have anything to shoot that in either, but I wish I had bought some when it was $ 50.00 per 1,000 rounds.

7.62 x 39 is ~20cents a pop, so twice as expensive. Found via link below though, so perhaps it's a just bit cheaper elsewhere. http://www.ammoengine.com/find/ammo/7.62x39mm

I wouldn't mind buying some just to stash away, but the shipping runs about 25% of what the ammo costs.
