I was watching TV and priming a couple hundred .223 cases the other day when I noticed the plastic bits on my RCBS hand primer were getting pretty worn down. I'd also noticed recently that the support rod in my primer pocket swage die set was starting to helix sort of like a strand of DNA. So, I called RCBS and asked if I could get some new bits to replace that stuff and 4 days later there they are in my mailbox, no charge.
I've had both of those tools at least 10 years, and run many thousands of cases through them. That's some customer service that really put a smile on my face today.
