Any good skeet/trap/sporting clays ranges close to Grand Forks? My BIL and his buds have been throwing clays on the farm. I think its time they learned what clays are really about.

Thanks,

craig,
that's all the way across the state from the ones i know about.
even stanley has a trap club and iirc it's population is like 6 [okay maybe 800 ]
just about every town i've been to in N.D. that has any type of pop density has a shooting range of some sort.
you could try the A.T.A. websight and see what's available.
btw i tried that lube you sent it worked fine, i did put a bit of lithium stearate in it though.

How about the Grand Forks Gun Club?

Looks like they shoot trap, don't know about clays or skeet.

Check with the ND Game, Fish and Parks. Many public ranges get funding and grants from the Pitmman Robertson Act (?) from game licenses and sporting taxes.

I know our trap range benefited last year by getting 5 new automatic clay throwers.

Skeettx, you are da man! I have been hunting for the bottom one for a couple of years. It's only about 5 miles from my wife's family farm.

Also $19 for a 50 target sporting clays is cheap enough.
