Here is a quick version on how to order GC's with the GB login system.
Ok, first direction.
Log into the GB Login system.

If you want to see what you have ordered, just look at the View/Print Invoice option
Then print and mail this with the payment.THERE IS A CHANGE! FIND THE ITEM THAT CORRESPONDS TO THE SHIPPING COST YOU NEED TO PAY AND ORDER ONE OF IT. THEN THE COST OF SHIPPING WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL YOU SEE ON THE INVOICE Don't forget to order the correct shipping "item" for the amount you ordered.

Getting GC’s
As you know the Gator Checks are popular, well priced and in demand.
I understand that it seems to be tough to get the GC’s once they are in stock because they go so quickly.
I have system set up that works, please use it. If you missed out on the GC’s you want, just be patient and keep a vigilant look out. I will have more.
I have currently set up a system that I believe is user friendly and easy for me to use as well. This GB login helps me track who purchased and what they purchased. Without it my job would be more difficult than I’d care to tackle. With this in mind I will ask that you use it.
I would also ask a few things from all who order.
Payment is expected to arrive at my house, within the week of your order. If not, your order will be cancelled and the GC’s you “bought” will be back up for sale. I am having a problem with people ordering and then not paying.
The current system is set up on a REAL time inventory. If it says I have 12, 44Cal GC’s on hand and you order 2; that leaves 10 for the next person. If you don’t pay for them, you are keeping someone from getting the GC’s who will pay for them. I cannot order more GC’s until I have sold what I have.
Don’t PM me for these reasons.
1. Asking if I have any left or “where are they I don’t see them”. If you don’t see them, someone ordered them all. If you DON’T see the GC’s you want, I am out of them. I don’t keep any hidden in the ‘back of the store’. If I post that there are some available and you go to check and there are none, someone bought them all. With that in mind, please don’t PM me asking where they are. I will just ignore it.
2. Telling me that you see I have ‘x’ GC’s and would like some, then asking how much and how can I pay. Please login to the GB login and order them there.
3. Asking me for shipping cost or a total. It’s stated on the screen. EXCEPTION! If you are out of country like Canada or Australia or where ever, then PM me for shipping total and payment options.
4. Payment options. There should be a statement telling that MO or check is acceptable.
5. If you can’t login to the GB Login, please contact Wiljen. I cannot help you.
There are SO many of you guys who want GC’s that I cannot take questions from everyone, especially when it is stated elsewhere if you would just read. I am trying to not get bogged down and keep this running sleek and swift for everyone. Answering the same question repeatedly is impossible for me.. I’d rather be counting GC’s for you.
My ultimate goal is to have an “inventory” of GC’s available so you can always pick and choose what you need vs having to purchase a lot of them at once because a GB only comes around once in a while.
I am offering these GC’s at the same price that you would pay if a GB was run.
If you would like to order 10,000 or more of ONE type of GC, PM me and I will work with you.
